Is your relationship with God a lazy one? Do you even have a relationship with Him? Examine your lifestyle. Examine your beliefs. Examine your heart. Examine the words that come out of your mouth and the thoughts in your head each day. What do they say about you and your relationship with God? Is your focus on Him or on yourself? Is your focus on Him or on this world? Does your prayer life consist of a stilted bedtime utterance, or do you converse with Him throughout your day? Is He the first One you go to in times of trouble? Is He the first One you thank (and praise) for answered prayers? Do you show and express your gratefulness to Him each and every day? Do you even focus on the blessings in your life? Think of some ways you can deepen your relationship with God. Write them down. Integrate them into your life.

“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalm 34:1 NKJV)
“Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever.” (Psalm 145:2 NKJV)
