I can’t get a flu shot which means I have to wear a surgical mask at work until March 31^st. When people see me in the mask they immediately ask, “Are you sick?” In our lives we must be careful not to label people, judge them or make assumptions.  Things are not always what they seem, and lives can be ruined if we voice things that aren’t true.  How many times have we heard people say things like, “Oh, I’ll bet they’re having trouble in their marriage” or “I’ll bet he’s lost his job. I haven’t seen him at work this week”? Let’s keep our opinions to ourselves. Only God knows what’s going on in a person’s life.
