Have you ever seen those bumper stickers that say, “I’d Rather Be—–,” and it tells what the driver would rather be doing? Bumper stickers like that reveal a person’s addictions. They say things like, “I’d Rather Be Riding My Harley” or “I’d Rather Be Swimming” or “I’d Rather Be Dancing.” I don’t know about you, but I’ve never seen a bumper sticker that says, “I’d Rather Be Reading My Bible” or “I’d Rather Be Praying.” What does that reveal about our society?
