Nancy Drew and Little Women

Sometimes I have to get out my childhood friends, Nancy Drew and Little Women, and delve into their simplicity. And, no thank you, Kindle! I prefer holding real books in my hands and even smelling the pages. Each book has a scent all its’own. When bedtime rolls around, give me a book I can hold in my hands, not an electronic device that sears your retinas and shoves you way too far into the technological world. The technological world has passed humanity, and for us to try to keep up the pace causes the electrodes of our minds and hearts and spirits to short-out. Let’s slow down, people. Let’s rest in the Lord, not in technology.
